This open fire restaurant from Smoking Goat founder Ben Chapman serves simple and traditional grill dishes, cooked on a wood burning kiln oven and grills.
Inspired by the rural simplicity of the Thai borderlands, where dishes combine Burmese and Yunanese spicing and flavours are cooked over open fire, Kiln serves prime-quality British meat specifically bred for the restaurant. The restaurant features a main grill menu alongside a daily-changing speciality noodle dish made with Kiln’s own-recipe egg noodles.
The restaurant features a unique interior design, ideated by Chapman himself. Diners can sit at a counter in front of an open kitchen, watching as chefs prepare and cook dishes around the kitchen’s centerpiece, the wood burning Kiln.
