South American inspired live fire barbecue restaurant, temper is the creation of renowned chef Neil Rankin.

Focusing on both meat and wine, temper offers a curated selection of expertly cooked cuts of meat (including pig, goat and sheep) tempered for optimum flavour and offset with a range of vegetable plates. The extensive wine list is completed by a selection of mescal that is sure to give a twist to your meal.

Admire the restaurant's open kitchen whilst you enjoy your meal in the main dining room downstairs or grab a handmade Masienda corn taco made fresh on the upstairs seven-seat taco bar.
