Soho, arguably the pride and joy of London.
Known for its majestic nightlife, support towards the LGBT+ community and championing of diversity in all forms. It’s safe to say that Soho has become a mecca for great music, art and inclusivity.
Now home to some of the biggest international and independent brands in the world, from urban streetwear brands like Footpatrol to contemporary fashion brand such as Axel Arigato , there’s something for people of all ages and tastes.
I popped down this week to check out their choice of brands and get a real feel for the buzz and uniqueness that makes up this friendly community.

Axel Arigato

Axel Arigato is a Swedish shoe brand I’ve been following since it was first created in 2014. It’s amazing seeing how far the brand has come and now have their global flagship store in Soho.
As one of the biggest stores in Soho, the Axel interior provides a minimal yet architectural feel helping to emphasise their cutting-edge footwear.
The use of high-quality Italian leathers, Margom rubber soles, and multiple colour selections allows their designs to be easily styled with both your formal or casual outfits.

Oliver Spencer

Oliver Spencer is a brand synonymous with British menswear. Their philosophy ‘Quality needn’t mean formality; casual needn’t mean careless’ highlights their approach to making a timeless piece which excels in that space between formal and casual wear.
Their Soho store uses a variety of plants and wooden surfaces to create a bohemian feel which instantly relaxes you whilst you’re browsing through their latest collection.
If you have a passion for menswear Oliver Spencer is the place for you.

This futuristic store on Berwick street is the best place to pick up the newest and most exclusive sneakers.
Housing some of the biggest brands in the world including Nike, Adidas, Puma and more, Footpatrol has become the #1 place for sneakerheads to not only shop their favourite trainers but chat about their passion for the sneaker culture.
Great service with staff who are very knowledgeable and passionate about trainers, you won’t be disappointed.
Next time you’re in central London be sure to head down to Soho and check out more of their amazing international and independent stores.
