Be prepared to get spooked by the Shoryu Dracula Ramen featuring a ghoulish broth where you will be offered three different versions to choose from: Dracula Tonkotsu with caramelised black garlic mayu and garlic chips to keep the vampires away. Shoryu Tonkotsu – Shoryu’s signature broth, with black squid and added fried shallots or the Black Natural.
