About Ria's

Founded in 2023 by a husband and wife duo from tech backgrounds, the brand brings the simple pleasures of pizza and wine together with design-led interiors and authentic hospitality. After launching its first site in Notting Hill, Ria’s became a cult favourite, and quickly expanded to its second site in Soho.

Ria’s Soho builds on everything that made the first site a hit - bold flavours, Detroit-style slices, effortlessly cool interiors - with a few upgrades. At the heart of the menu is Ria’s signature deep-pan, square-cut Detroit-style pizza - available by the ‘pie’ or by the slice. Made with 72-hour fermented dough, using Shipton Mill and Bruen Farm flour. Alongside a curated natural wine list, Ria’s Soho offers an exclusive cocktail. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant is designed for everything from a quick glass and a slice, to a full-on date night deep dive. With a buzzy open kitchen, eclectic seating across two floors, and a bold, lived-in design.

Ria’s Soho is the ideal space to settle in, tuck into their signature slices, and browse their curated natural wine list. The 38-cover site spans two floors, with an open service kitchen on the ground floor and a bit of outdoor seating for good measure. Designed in collaboration with Nothing is Not Nothing, the space evolves the Ria’s homely aesthetic with bold colour hits, and a more refined edge.

Downstairs, the wine cave offers something truly special: a tucked-away, intimate space nestled among dough mixers and bags of Cotswold flour. Customers can expect a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the heart of Ria’s, complete with aged oak, a marble sharing table, and custom built wine racks. A curated list of natural wines can be ordered by the glass or bottle. From chillable reds, juicy oranges, and pink pét-nats, the wine list at Ria’s Soho promotes small, independent producers. The drinks offering also includes bottled beer and a small but punchy cocktail list.
