Saltwater is a refined quick-service restaurant concept inspired by the dynamic takeaway sushi bars in Sydney and LA. We will bring freshly made, restaurant-quality sushi paired with warm hospitality to the heart of London’s vibrant Soho district.

Take it to go and take it easy. Saltwater focuses on high quality and accessible sushi. Featuring handrolls, nigiri and hot donburi bowls; it’s top-tier takeaway, made by real chefs, on site, with premium ingredients. Menu highlights include our bluefin tuna with avocado and fermented chilli handroll; and the chicken schnitty with avocado and spicy mayo handroll; alongside a selection of nigiri including seared Norwegian salmon with miso glaze; or the hamachi with jalapeño and ponzu.
