About Tonkotsu Soho
Since the early days in Tonkotsu we’ve put our heart and soul into every bowl. Not only do we make our own noodles, but also our broths, katsu curries, gyoza and sides are made from scratch. We are bringing you real ramen, and we have incredible team of people who love ramen just as much as we do who help to make that happen.
Tonkotsu Soho is the first restaurant we opened, back in 2012. We have two floors in Soho, and a few seats outside for alfresco dining. There’s beer on tap, plus a cocktail list carefully selected to complement our homemade ramen.
