New restaurant INKO NITO opens in Soho

Your new spot for delicious unconventional robatayaki Japanese fare with laid-back dining.

The wait is over. A brand new restaurant has just opened at 55 Broadwick Street, straight from L.A's shores. INKO NITO, an unconventional robatayaki Japanese fare is the new casual dining hotshop of Soho, combining laid-back dining with innovative flavours that you have to try.

From creator and co-founder of Zuma restaurants, ROKA, Oblix and Florida’s ETARU Rainer Becker, INKO NITO is the place to go for dynamic dining with bold sharing plates from £11. Enjoy dishes cooked over an open robata grill including Beef Cheek, spicy Korean miso and picked daikon with butter lettuce or Bone marrow, smoked soy, garlic toast and shallot.

Why not try the Dungeness crab tartare with wasabi mayo, chicken skin and roasted nori, Nigaki – a new style of sushi served with roasted nori, sushi rice and toppings, or chirashi with salmon, yellowtail and wasabi shiso. Yes please.

Thirsty? Enjoy their signature cocktail menu served on tap alongside the sharing plates. Starting from £8, enjoy the Inko Spritz with watermelon, Aperol, yuzu and sparkling wine or the Nori Old Fashioned.

Inspired by the buzz and lively atmosphere of dining in a street market, this easy-going environment is serious taste with effortless style. Take a seat on the casual counter surrounding the open robata grill situated in the heart of the restaurant to be up close and personal with the cooking experience.
