Coming to Carnaby and Soho this June, experience a whole host of exclusive free music events, workshops, panel talks and more.

Red Bull Music Presents: Locked In, Locked On

Address: PLATFORM LDN, 3 Carnaby Street, Soho, W1
Red Bull Music is collaborating with sub-culture documenters Olivia Rose and Hattie Collins (This is Grime) on a unique exhibition exploring the role pirate radio has played in pushing UK music culture forward. Over four weeks, the PLATFORM LDN, Carnaby space will immerse visitors in the stories, sounds and selectors behind these stations, before looking at what the future of radio culture holds.

Locked In, Locked On Sunday Session

A one day photography panel from the creators of This Is Grime, Hattie Collins and Olivia Rose followed by a party with DJs and MCs featured in This Is Grime.

Red Bull Studios Presents: #NormalNotNovelty

Held monthly, #NormalNotNovelty is open to female-identifying DJs, sound engineers and producers from all musical tastes and preferences. For this instalment, Red Bull will bring #NormalNotNovelty to Soho Music Month for a special one-off event.

GRM Daily Presents: “One million, two million, three million, four!”

Jazzie B and Lloyd Bradley Present Soho: Black Music Capital of the World

For decades Soho’s clubs, bars, record shops and characters have been a hub of global black music. Soul II Soul’s Jazzie B and Sounds Like London author Lloyd Bradley discuss the influence the area and the art had on each other, while remembering some of the bigger personalities and the liveliest spots.

Beginning life as underground rapper, Ben Bailey Smith has diversified profoundly, moving into mainstream TV and Film acting, stand up, screen writing and children’s books. Reprezent 107.3FM will broadcast live from the Music Month Hub for a week between 18 – 22 June and bring their full music movement and DJs along for the ride. Broadcasting across the capital since 2011, Reprezent 107.3FM is the UK's only radio station presented by young people.

A female led creative agency headed up by Izzy and Dhamirah, Bossy LDN are a dynamic creative duo working across music and fashion. Spanning across various projects, they cover creative direction, artist and brand events, creative consulting, artist development and creative commissions. Most importantly they act as culture curators and, with their monthly show on NTS Radio, they shine a light on bright new talent whilst showcasing their varied tastes in cutting edge hip-hop, grime and international sounds.

Bossy LDN in association with Soho Music Month are curating an all female panel discussion x Live showcase, pioneering women we believe are the future.The panel will be focused on how female artists, feel about music, the industry and being different from the rest. It then will lead in to the showcase with DJs & live female art.
