Valentine's In Soho

Dine out in Soho at an eclectic mix of independent restaurants and bars this Valentine's Day.

Soho's hottest date night spots to book for dinner this Valentine's Day.

Bébé Bob

With retro red interiors, plush velvet seats and glossy marble tabletops, Bébé Bob sets the stage for the ultimate Valentine’s date night. The simple menu format consisting only of their signature ‘Rotisserie Chicken’ as a main course (cooked then carved tableside, might we add), makes ordering easy. Indulge in a bottle of fine, classic wine, or pop a bottle of Champagne to celebrate the occasion.

Ember Yard

Valentine’s celebrations are taking place all week at Ember Yard, as guests will be offered a complimentary glass of Chapel Down Sparkling Rosé with the Chef’s Tasting menu from 12-17 February. Their carefully curated menu takes inspiration from Spain and Italy, bringing together the very best ingredients and flavours of the Mediterranean.

Evelyn's Table

Romance your date with a different kind of dining experience at Evelyn’s Table, a true hidden gem tucked away in the cellar of The Blue Posts pub. With a coveted Michelin star, this 12-seater, intimate kitchen counter promises an unforgettable Valentine’s Day. Led by Head Chef James Goodyear, Evelyn's Table brings together his love for British produce, paired with a touch of Scandinavian and Japanese culinary magic, all inspired by James' classic French training.

Ramo Ramen

Fall in love with flavours this Valentine’s Day at Ramo Ramen. Whether it’s a date night for two or a celebration of love among friends, Ramo Ramen have created a special fusion feast to mark the occasion. Order from their Valentine’s set menu and enjoy a lychee & strawberry bellini on arrival, dive into a delicious Filipino-Japanese ramen and top it all off with their ‘Mango Peach Pie with Ube Ice Cream’ for dessert.

Kricket & SOMA

See the chefs in action at Kricket with a theatre kitchen and counter seating, ideal for couples. Dig into a seasonal, modern Indian menu with fish, meat and vegetarian dishes that pair perfectly with their original cocktails, such as the ‘Luna’, a rum based cocktail with notes of coconut and chilli. Head next door to SOMA for a nightcap, their minimalist take on a basement speakeasy bar. Sample innovative creations like the ‘Cashew’, SOMA’s take on the classic Negroni, shaken with Mezcal Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej, Carpano Bitter and Burnt Cashew.

American dining meets British produce at Rita’s on Lexington Street. This casual restaurant exudes charm and a warm buzz, providing the perfect spot for a sophisticated yet low key Valentine’s date. Dishes are built with seasonal ingredients, with plates such as ‘Heritage Pumpkin with Habanero Chilli’ and ‘Breaded Lamb with Braised Turnips and Collard Greens’ featuring on the menu. Pair your meal with a wine from their extensive list, which includes a selection of biodynamic and low intervention bottles.

If you’re looking to feast big this Valentine’s Day, Soho’s original smokehouse, temper, is the place to be. Where meat, mezcal, tacos and good vibes take the spotlight, temper is centred around a huge fire pit. Take a seat at the counter to view the chefs in action or cosy up in the leather booths for a more intimate experience. Explore their tempting menu featuring everything from 'Aged Beef Nachos’ to ‘Mezcal Prawns’, and be sure to try their ‘Drunken Pig’ tacos served with a shot of Cazcabel Blanco Tequila.

Tapas Brindisa

Broadwick Street’s Tapas Brindisa provides a cosy setting and sensational selection of small plates for couples and groups to enjoy this Valentine’s Day. The menu heroes traditional Spanish dishes such as ‘Croquetas de Jamón’, ‘Patatas Bravas’ and ‘Gambas al Ajillo’, as well as seasonal, vegan-friendly options including ‘Setas al Ajillo’ (mixed & wild mushrooms with garlic, white wine, chilli & olive oil) and ‘Albóndigas Veganas’ (aubergine & spinach vegan meatballs with tomato sauce).

The Ivy Soho Brasserie

Celebrate the season of love and settle in for an evening of romance at The Ivy Soho Brasserie. From 10-15 February, guests can enjoy their three-course Valentine’s set menu, kicking off celebrations with a glass of Della Vite Prosecco Rosé on arrival. To start, delight in a duo of prawns with avocado and tomatoes with Marie Rose sauce. For the main course, indulge in an array of options such as succulent fillet of beef, lobster linguine and coconut sweet potato curry. End the evening on a sweet note with their ‘Love is in the Air’ sharing dessert, featuring vanilla and strawberry parfait, raspberry sorbet, and salted caramel chocolate truffles.
