Next, visit The Spirit of Soho Mural on Broadwick Street. Created in 1991, the colourful mural celebrates the characters and venues which make Soho so special. The mural is crowned by St Anne, with her skirt forming the area's streets and lanes, with popular Soho institutions intertwined in the design including the Palladium, Carnaby Street and Ronnie Scott's.

Next to the mural is another piece of Soho artwork, Shaida Walking. Recognised across the globe for his iconic style, Julian Opie created the permanent public work that premiered in 2016 and has been walking ever since.
