Kick off your morning in Soho with a delicious meal at The Breakfast Club. Known for their classic fry ups and pancake stacks, the restaurant offers an extensive menu of American and British cuisine. All of the restaurant's animal products are sustainably sourced, locally where possible. The Breakfast Club also doesn't use any palm oil in their dishes, avoids the use of airfreighted goods and recycles their food waste into energy.

Next, head over to Beak Street to explore Ffern, a natural fragrance maker restoring the art of perfumery to its artisan roots. Each fragrance in-store is organic and uses 100% home compostable packaging (most notable is their mushroom inner!). Ffern was even the first perfume maker to eliminate plastic from their packaging entirely, paving the way for other brands to follow.

Your next stop is Nudie Jeans, a brand specialising in raw and prewashed denim jeans. The brand repair and re-use pre-owned jeans, with customers being able to trade them back in-store after you have broken them in. The jeans will then be reconditioned, and ready to be resold and worn some more, over and over. In 2023, 5400 old Nudie Jeans products were recycled into new products, and 73,368 repairs were made.

The brand uses 100% certified organic cotton, reduces the use of harmful chemicals in their textiles production and endeavours to reduce their water use.

Time for some lunch at Ria's, a deep-pan pizza and natural wine restaurant just off Carnaby Street. Famous for their Detroit style slices and stylish, laid-back vibes, Ria's is the perfect spot for a casual lunch break. Order a pizza pie to share or order try a few flavours with a single slices.

Now it's time for some self care with a stop at Aesop, a Melbourne-founded luxury cosmetics brand known for their skincare. Ranging across skin, hair and body care, this Certified B Corporationยฎ's products are 100% vegan and made from responsibly sourced ingredients. They even ensure all of their suppliers use environmentally responsible processes.

Nobody's Child acknowledge the impact that the fashion industry has on the planet, and actively look for ways to reduce their impact. Known for their stunning womenswear, Nobody's Child use materials from reduced-impact sources including organic farming, recycled feedstock and responsibly-managed farms. The brand is also working to reduce waste in their packaging, with no plastic in sight.

Next, take a quick walk over to famously sustainable brand, PANGAIA. Known for their minimalist, premium lifestyle products, PANGAIA are dedicated to creating essential products from bio-engineered materials which are powered by nature. All of the brand's products including their sneakers, are vegan, and made using petrochemical-free alternatives to animal leather. Their sneakers and some other products are even made using repurposed waste from discarded grape skins, stalks and seeds!

The brand invests heavily in developing ethically sourced materials from plant-based wate, and developing innovative treatments to reduce water waste and chemicals.

The family run business has remained sustainable in every stage of development from design to finish. They source materials responsibly by using natural components and also limit the use of chemicals to protect its employees and the environment.ย

Time for some dinner at Heard, a burger restaurant born out of Michelin-starred chef, Jordan Bailey's desire to make quality food accessible to all.
