Tucked away in the cellar of The Blue Posts pub, Evelyn’s Table is an intimate kitchen counter serving a menu that reflects British produce, using Japanese techniques with classic French training. Evelyn’s Table announced that Luke Selby alongside his brothers, Nat and Theo Selby, would be heading up the restaurant from Wednesday 27th October 2021. Alongside Luke and his brothers is the Wine Director of The Palomar Group, Honey Spencer, who has curated a small and carefully selected wine menu.
