The Treasured Alphonso Mango at Dishoom

The blistering summer months have come to Bombay, generously carrying with them sweet relief from the heat in the form of mangoes.
For the season’s fleeting sweetness, Dishoom like to serve the simple joy of Alphonso mango, selected judiciously, cut deliciously. Opt for a scoop of vanilla ice cream to gently melt with it. Glistening gold, a bowl filled with soft orange cubes of the season’s splendour. Limited portions available, limited time!

Delicious desserts from Liu Xiaomian including the Iced Tang Yuan a Chongqing traditional dessert especially for the hot summer. They also offer iced cream with Tang Yuan, in a twist, instead of using flake ice they replace it with flavour ice cream like green tea, black sesame and coconut.
Try the Melon Soda Float from Shoryu Ramen, the best way of cooling down in the summer heat, and alcohol free! The drink is a Japanese favourite made from fizzy melon soda, topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice-cream, on ice (of course!). Or you could go for the Strawberry Matcha Iced Latte, a beautiful blend of matcha, and sweet strawberries.
